A menstrual cup is not for everyone. We would like to thank you in advanced for being interested in trying The KEEPER. We are pleased to extend to you the manufacturers 3-month (90-day) return policy. We agree with the manufacturer and feel it is important you are completely satisfied with your KEEPER. For whatever reasons you find that The KEEPER is not for you, please follow the directions in our return policy. We will refund your purchase amount (minus the cost of shipping) within 48 hours.

First, please go back over our website. Visit either of our KEEPER or Moon Cup Q & A sections to see if there is not a solution to your dilemma. If you have tried all of our suggestion or cannot find the answer, please contact us via email and see if we can help you. We will respond within 24 hours! In the event we are unable to assist you, please follow the return instructions on your receipt.

A. Our return policy for both KEEPER and Moon Cups:

3-month (but not one day more) return policy as stated on our website/written instruction sheet. In addition, we accept NO returns if more than half the stem has been cut off. If you suggest that women may cut the stem of either THE KEEPER or MOON CUP, be sure to state that they do so little by little by little, and not exceed the stated amount.

B. Our cleaning / care policy for both KEEPER and Moon Cups:

At the end of your period, wash The Keeper or The Moon Cup in warm/hot soapy water – or it can be rinsed (or soaked for up to 3 minutes) in vinegar dilluted with water (10% / 90%) – and let it air dry. Place your Keeper or Moon Cup in the convenient purse bag it came in. NO NEED TO BOIL

C. Our size recommendation policy for both KEEPER and Moon Cups:

Size A – After a vaginal chhild birth
Size B – Before childbirth & for c-section

D. Stem cutting policy for both KEEPER and Moon Cups:

Occasionally, a woman believes that trimming the "stem" of The Keeper or Moon Cup will provide a more comfortable experience. However, please be aware if you cut off more than 1/2 of the stem, your menstrual cup cannot be returned for replacement or refund. And, very importantly, the stem serves a purpose: it is essential for inserting and removing The Keeper / The Moon Cup. Again, we do not give refunds for a cup where half or more of the stem has been cut off.

E. Products material description / Life expectancy policy:

THE KEEPER: is made of natural gum rubber (latex). The life expectancy of The Keeper – with proper care (ex: not washing in harsh chemicals) – can be up to 10 years!! FDA approved.

THE MOON CUP: is made of soft medical grade silicone (non-latex). It's too new to determine the number of years of life expectancy. FDA approved.
