Information you choose to send
The fit finder runs in your browser. Its height, pelvic floor, and flow selections are used to create an on-screen educational result and are not sent to Moon & Keeper by the page code. The site does not ask you to enter your name, medical record, or contact details into the tool.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any details you include. Please avoid sending sensitive health details unless we have arranged a suitable, secure way to discuss them. Email is not an emergency service.
